Lifetime Appointment from President Ronald Reagan Represent the President of the United States and all American's with Disabilities in over 1,200 speaking engagements nationally. Appointed to work closely with several Presidential Administrations and its Cabinet Members, the U.S. Senate, and the Congress regarding the rights of American's with Disabilities.

Implemented and established full operations based on concept, created patent pending technology, design and manufacturing, mass production and commercialization of invention/technology.

Classified Facilities Security Officer (DIS); Top Secret Security Clearance Space Shuttle Project-Classified Security Liaise with other functional/departmental managers per project requirements and manufacturing or engineering orders/changes. Established full HR and Operations platforms. Successful de-certification of the company (UAW) Aerospace Union.

Responsible for start up of shell staff to 635 employees within 12 months Established full Human Resources and Operations platforms. Responsible for $14 million budget for Human Resources Division.

Jo Waldron, who has been deaf since birth, serves as President and Co-Founder of the Able Kids Foundation, a research-based, solutions-oriented nonprofit that partners with local, national, and international organizations, eliminating barriers and expanding opportunities for individuals with disabilities. The Able Kids Foundation is launching the I AM ABLE� Public Service Initiative, a partnership-based program developed to disseminate imaginative, innovative solution-based research and technology addressing auditory challenges while fostering education, outreach, and opportunity-based programs for children, youth, and adults with disabilities. The Foundation is engaging the world's top organizations, corporations and government agencies to support this worldwide awareness campaign. Jo Waldron has more than 31 years of experience in executive level, corporate America, as an entrepreneur, an experienced inventor of accessible products for people with disabilities, and a liaison with several Presidential Administrations and numerous federal offices.
